Our non-alcoholic cider - SASSY 0.0% is considered one of the best non-alcoholic ciders on the market. The production of this organic, non-alcoholic cider is carried out using traditional pressing and fermentation methods.
The apples are carefully selected to guarantee the quality of the juice. After dealcoholisation, this juice is then bottled which gives this alcohol-free cider a unique sparkle.
It is made from 5 of the finest organic apple varieties from Normandy, mainly bittersweet (Bedan, Doux Normandie, Frequin, Douce Moën, Douce Coët Ligné, etc.).
SASSY 0.0% is a semi-dry cider with a with a well-balanced bitterness. Best enjoyed as an aperitif or with soft cheeses and white meats.

330ml bottle from Aeble. Golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates and aroma of ripe apple, juicy, stone fruits, caramel. Taste is sweet, juicy, appley, with stone fruit notes, hints of caramel, mellow acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, drying fruity & light tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Interestingly less sweet than the session’s one. Still great, especially for a non alcoholic drink.
