Andrea's Acadian grandma Delima would have loved this beautiful amber winter sipper. Aged in an oak foeder and conditioned with a touch of brettanomyces, this beer is 18 months in the making. A bold and malty beer that finishes dry, but has some heft due to the alcohol, brett and oak. A beer for celebrating the awesome things in life.. like your grandma!

A reddish copper ale with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with cherry, alcohol warmth, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with light cherry notes, light cork, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.
