Foeder Aged Belgian Quad

Andrea's Acadian grandma Delima would have loved this beautiful amber winter sipper. Aged in an oak foeder and conditioned with a touch of brettanomyces, this beer is 18 months in the making. A bold and malty beer that finishes dry, but has some heft due to the alcohol, brett and oak. A beer for celebrating the awesome things in life.. like your grandma!
