Brewed by a New Zealand-born brewing genius, hopped with exclusively New Zealand hops (Motueka, Superdelic and Riwaka Hop Kief), and dressed in the snowcapped peaks of Aoraki, this chuggable classic pilsner manages to be crisp and lean, while still bursting with hop flavour. Can. Just misted gold with a cm of so of loosish white head. Engaging gooseberry, under-ripe tropical fruit and citrus peel aroma with some crackers. Light bodied, could have used a few more bubbles. Gooseberries, lime and crackers - just enough sweetness followed by just about enough bitterness. Pretty good.
