Pours a kind of thick, hazy, orange-butterscotch color, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus, some coconut, other tropical notes. Flavor is orange, coconut (kind of has a vanilla tinge), pineapple. Thick, smooth mouthfeel. Mild hop bitterness at the finish. Good, but not as good as it could (or should) be.

Pint on draft in Tewksbury. Opaque orange juice with thin head, fair retention, nice lacing. Aroma is strong coconut, with a spicy, almost cinnamon flair, over more subtle pineapple and orange in background. Taste is super strong sweet and toasted coconut, much milder orange (better as it warms) and pineapple. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and dry finish that is mostly coconut. If you love coconut, this is your beer! Out of balance as don’t get much orange or pineapple l, let alone base IPA. Good but disappointing all at once.
