Pours dark Amber gold with a whit head. Aroma is fruity/earthy. Flavor is earthy, fruity, and rather fresh. Touch of Belgian yeast. Not bitter; not dry.

Draft at the source. Clear deep golden color, small white head. Aroma of softly sour dusty overripe cherries. Taste is softly sour fruit. Tasty.

Draft @ tap room: Poured a clear golden with white ring head. Aroma is soapy, citrus, yeast. Nice bitter floral hops hit you up front and linger, light yeast esters, and grassy finish. My palate see is more as a hybrid IPA than a saison.
