Mean Sceptre is a 5.2% Hazy Pale Ale version of our Wicked Sceptre IPA. It is brewed with wheat and oats and hopped exclusively with our hand-selected Mosaic. This is soft and juicy with layers of tropical fruit and fresh blueberries.

Hazy yellow/beige, large white head. Huge citrus, lemon zest, grapefruit, medium bitter, nice pithiness. Juicy, and tropical, lovely quaff

16oz (thx, Chris!) @ SF shared with Josh and Phill.
Aroma: dank and juicy with a little sweetness.
Taste: along the same lines.
Overall: quite good for a Pale Ale.

Opaque. The head has a nice bit of bubbles. The aroma is grapefruit, gooseberry, a bit of hop burn. On the palate, a bit soft, some hop burn, low bitterness. Not bad for a hazy pale.
