Weihnachtsbock is a strong pale Bock brewed for the festive season. Inspired by the lager producers of Franconia, we have brewed a strong & hoppy Bock to get you in the Christmas mood. To give this Bock a Bad Seed touch, we have used a lot more hops, than you traditionally would, but all classic noble varieties, including Saaz, Tettnang & Hallertau Mittelfrüh! Expect a Pale Bock with a rich bready malt flavor, balanced by a high bitterness and layered hop flavors of black pepper, elderflower, lemon zest and herbal notes!

Clear golden colour with medium off white head.Aroma of biscuits and hay nice bitterness and good note of hops and malt long after taste and good full body crispy and well balanced by style.My Xmas rating no.29 2025/26

Can @ Delaneys, Odense. Fresh. Pours hazy Golden with a small head. Well hopped. Breadcrust, grassy and sweet overripe fruity. Vinous and warming. Dry bitter finish. Tasty. 3.9.. (Thankfully no dirty tap like in Aarhus)

Tap @ Café Albert. Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and heavy butter. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Sweet and rather bitter finish. I haven’t had this much butter in a beer for years. 081125
