Still Medium Dry Fine Cider
Commix is a classic table cider for drinking with food. Dry, well balanced, and easy drinking with fresh fruit on the nose, palate cleansing acidity and good tannic backbone, complimented by a little residual sugar. As usual this is based on Yarlington Mill, Dove and Browns, with Bisquet for mid pallet fullness and Tremlett's Bitter to add a different style of tannin and extra fruit. Fruit from Peppershells, Home Orchard and Ditcheat Hill.
Crunchy, mouthwatering tannins, palate cleansing acidity balanced with just a touch of residual sugar. Aromas of ripe apples, orchard floor, leather, soft spices, stone fruit. Alc. 5.9%.

750ml bottle from Wilding. Slightly hazed orange gold colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fruity, some wood, funk, acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium drying tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
