Brewery side pour draught, as pictured, 11/8/25.
Moderately toasty with some earthy tones and/or sourdough character. Maybe pretzel-like? Low hopping but not absent, showing mild herb and pepper. Clean.
In the mouth it's lightly malty, though could use a touch more. Kind of a pretzely/crackery, thinner texture than I'd prefer for a German lager. But otherwise it's clean and moderately hopped with appropriate carbonation.
