Cream ale is one of the few original North American-style beers. When Europeans started immigrating to the east coast, they missed their beer from back home. They lacked the technology and the ingredients to make a proper lager, so they improvised, and they developed a Cream ale. Malted barley was hard to find so they added some corn. Without proper fermentation equipment, maintaining a cold fermentation temperature was also difficult, so ale yeast was used in place of lager yeast. The result was a beer that contained a bit more flavour and complexity than the lagers traditionally brewed in Europe. Our cream is a pale-coloured beer that is flavorful and refreshing. A great beer for people who are new to craft beer, or craft lovers looking for something refreshing.

473ml can. Pours a clear blonde with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that laces nicely. Mild aroma of grainy pale malt, corn and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready pale malt, corn, orange and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a smooth, creamy texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing and crushable.
