Cette collab' avec nos amis irlandais de Whiplash a été l'occasion de challenger nos convictions sur les bières houblonnées, notamment nos méthodes de dry-hopping" (houblonnage à cru), en s'inspirant de ce qu'ils font (très bien).
Côté houblons : du Strata (leur variété star) et son cousin français, le Barbe Rouge sont mis en avant, en compagnie de l'Ekuanot, l'un des favoris de Whiplash, dont le côté citronné se marie bien avec le Nelson Sauvin.

Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes leathery, earthy, mango, peppery, herbal. finishes lightly dry and light to medium bitter with notes of leathery, mango and earthy notes. Nice to very nice one, good balance smooth and easy to drink

Tap at The Northener. Clear deep golden, white head. Grainy and grassy, light zesty, bread, bitter weedy hops. Medium sweet and bitter. Crisp.
