Big pounder can, gift from my daughter's family in Norway. Pour is beatiful black, looks great! Somewhat sweet dark nose. Nice smooth dark beer experience on the uptake. Seems a little more boozy than 7%, has a warming sensation going down. A little viscous on the palate with some medium fine carbonation. Yes, heavy on the palate, yet smooth and enjoyable. Don't gulp this one, slowly enjoy the experience. Not as good as strange roots thief share, nor thomas hardy 2003, but its better than breckenridge autumn and cigar city dark woods. Seriously, only half way thru the can I'm getting a little dizzy giddy lightheaded and weak at the knees. Pretty cool session. Near the finish, it never gets cloying yet it remains a touch sweet. Pretty good stuff. Impressed.

Mi2 på Cardinal, denne gangen entusiastisk ledet av Assisterende Seremonimester: brunsvart med fint skum som varer. Nybrent kaffe, mørk sjokolade, lakris, julekrydder og toner av akevitt, naturlig nok. Fin bitterhet i den halvtørre avslutningen. Stemningen rundt bordet stiger jevnt og trutt.

Kristiansand Juleølfestival 2025. Dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma and flavor is aquavit, roasted malt, spices, oak, anis, chocolate, licorice.

Can. A bit rough this version of Santa's spouse, but nice anyway. Smooth, warming, with a spiced touch and oak. Roasted malts. Guess it will benefit from some cellaring. 747414 251004
