Süffiger, bitter getreidiger Beginn, moderat hopfig, Nuancen von Karamell. Die Bitterkeit bleibt stark, vollmundig, harzig. Spritzig, langer Nachhall. 10/10/9/10//10

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before September 2026. Hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, gently fruity-floral and a little grassy aroma of grains, honey and some orange blossom. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral and a bit grassy taste of grains, straw, honey, orange peel, some apricot and light sultanas, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Proper Festbier, nicely hoppy.
