Brewery draught, 11/25/25, as pictured.
Rich vanilla and well-homogenized bourbon character. Sweet port-like character almost, with raisin, mild fudge and lingering spice. No sign of alcohol. Definitely some stout tendencies here.
Rich and spicy bourbon with a fudgey, chewy, but not syrupy texture. Big brown sugar, date and fudge. Not as much caramel as a typical lighter barleywine and I like that a lot. Seems to be less sweet as a result. Nice balance of sweet and dry, with big peppery spice and some dark fruit-like acidity. No alcohol anywhere. Slight warming on the finish. Very well-made and blended stuff.

Clear, bright, very dark brown color with a small white head; aroma of jam, stewed fruit; honey; thick palate; rich, balanced flavor with a long, light bitter sweet finish
