During fermentation we added sour cherry pure for extra layer of flavours and complexity. Aged for 16 months in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrel, where also aged Martinique rum.
Smooth, oily, complex, flavourfull.

330ml bottle, thanks to Finn. Shared with him and Leif. Poor lacing, missing head, near-black body. Roasted malts on the nose, hints of dark chocolate, mid-sweet, promising. Flavoured with chocolate malts, dark berries, prunes, and syrup, oaky. Long-lived, roasted finish. Well bodied. A tad too sweet. Anyway,, pretty good (Tromsø, 10.03.2026).

0.33l bottle, huge thanks H! Pitch blackish body, bit greyish head, tiny, gone soon. Enormous, sweet aroma, heavy raisins, barrel, vanilla and berries, caramel, somewhat sticky, vague spicy touches too. Smooth, sweet, full taste, creamy cocoa followed by some tobacco and tart berry notes - cherry? Why not. Light vanilla, bitterish finish, some alcohol, but generally well integrated. Bit of a flat, empty finish, but fairly impressive overall.

0.33 l bottle shared with Marko. Oily jet black, small beige head. Aroma is intense roasty, dark chocolate and oak at first. Hint of licorice, carob, black pepper, alcohol and caramel. A soft touch of lacquer. Smooth, heavy, sticky, strong. Quite fruity flavour, dark fruit, blueberries and blackberries, some tartness. Charred wood, oak, dark chocolate and burnt toast in the back. The tart fruitiness lingers. Warm feeling. Full body. Minimal bitterness. Finishes sweet.

Bottled 330ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Oily pitch black coloured, small brown head, chocolate and light barrel in the nose. Bourbon, chocolate, light sour cherries and syrupy touch with discreet alcohol in the finish. Bit on the fruity side.
