Our Winter Wheat pours a bright yellow with light citrus on the nose. Our Production Director, Rob, has added a gentle warming spice blend that brings subtle notes of clove and nutmeg. Smooth, balanced and delicately spiced, it finishes with a comforting seasonal warmth.

Tap at Thornbridge. Hazed pale gold. Slim dense white foam. Very spicy and herbal. Heavy on the esters. Lots of clove. Taste is dry spicy and moderate bitter. Light body with lively fizz. Dry spicy finish.
