For this crisp and bitter Pale Ale we selected five different hops from the UK, USA and New Zealand to really layer the flavour and aroma in! Expect notes of pine resin and orange citrus laid against delicate stone fruit notes. We used Jester and Nectaron hot side before dry hopping with Nelson Sauvin, Cascade and Centennial.

Cask at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Sweet citrus, peach & apricot aromas. Malty piney citrusy taste. Fruity bitter aftertaste.
