Malty, hoppy, bitter, crystal clear.. this beer is definitely different from what we have been brewing recently. We used Pilsner and english malt to give a bready base supported by some classic hops (Chinook and Columbus) to give a gentle bitterness. We slightly dry hopped once with Comet and Citra for a touch of fruitiness. Finally crystal clear and easy to drink ?
Pretty well balanced between something more classic, malty but still hoppy. An appropriate beer for Autumn ?

Can at home from de Caigny. Pours almost completely clear, somewhat copperish golden with a white head. On the nose it shows grassy green hops and light resin with an ever so slight hint of caramalts in there. Flavour is low ght malty sweetness and then the same hop profile as in thr aroma, the bitterness is light to medium at best, could’ve done with a bit better in that front. The mouthfeel is pretty decent, feels like water treatment done right. Quite good all in all, what’s there, works, it could use a bit more intensity tho. Promising first encounter with the brewery, looking forward to trying more
