Sparkling, full juice wild fermented dry cider, no added sulphites, barrel aged, 6.2% abv
A juicy, sparkling cider made from an orchard blend of predominantly Norwood and Cornish Heritage Varieties, with a small amount of Yarlington Mill, Browns, Dabinett and Brown Snout.
We get juicy grapefruit and white peach with a lovely slate minerality and a mouth-watering sherbet zing to finish.
This cider will pair beautifully with anything rich and savoury, think oily fish, shellfish, quiche, risotto or cheese; sharp cheddar or goat's cheese.

750ml bottle. Hazy yellowy golden colour, white foam head thatg dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, straw, oily funk. Taste is fruity, appley, some skin and funky, with citric acidity, some mineral notes and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
