For our final tapping for All the Fall Things this weekend, we took a keg of Carousel, our house imperial stout, and conditioned it on ridiculous amounts of vanilla, @caffevita coffee and pumpkin pie spices. Rich and balanced, this beer has us losing our minds and chopping down doors.

Draft.
A- Brown color, dark liquid, light brown head.
A- Peanut butter, nutty, cocoa.
F- Bitter, nutty, roasty, mild pie spice, slightly sweet.
T- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly unbalanced finish.
O- Looks like the creama on an espresso shot. The aroma was fairly nice and definitely hit the nutty pie aspect but the taste was a let down. Just didn't blend well. Okay.
