Part of our Whipped Cream Sour series, Big Whip (Pineapple+Coconut+Lime) is an Imperial Sour Ale inspired by a dessert fruit cup with a huge dollop of fluffy whip cream on top! Big Whip is brewed with Lactose and an insane amount of fresh whipped cream before being conditioned on a mixed selection of fruit. For this batch we went the tropical route and conditioned this beer on a ton of Pineapple Purée+Coconut+Lime Juice for a super refreshing, dessert-like, fruit forward drinking experience.

Lightly tart and creamy with notes of Cool Whip, piña coladas, and freshly squeezed lime juice.
