8/XI/25 - on tap @ Billies Craft Beer Festival Day 2 - Session 2 (Antwerp), BB: n/a (2025-1244) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Clear dark brown to black beer, aery beige to brown beer, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: oxidized, roasted, caramel, malty, grains, hay, smoky touch, good! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, very dry, a bit oxidized, roasted, bitter, spicy. Aftertaste: weird, spicy, bitter, dry, roasted, oxidized, some orange peel (that’s the Triple Sec, I guess), way too much alcohol, not a big fan.
