A Pure white head with strong lacing over a light gold body. The nose features rindy fresh grapefruit with citrus elements. An impressive taste profile features popping fresh grapefruit and lemon, some melon, and a hint of light grain-like malt. High carbonation and a light touch of soap make this IPA even more refreshing. Taste sustains well and the body is medium.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bitter grapefruit with a bit of onion, a light dank note and a sweet grain backbone. Flavor has notes of onion, grapefruit and light pine with a sweet grain backbone.

4 oz pour on draft at Bluejacket. Slightly hazy golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, citrus, light tropical fruit, light pine. Tastes of floral and citrus. Medium body with a dry finish.

Cask at Bluejacket. Poured a mostly clear orange, foamy, cask head. Aroma is a lot of sweet very notes. Light citrus, falconer notes shine. Melon. Pretty good. C-A-P-S, CAPS, CAPS, CAPS.

Draft at the source. Hazy golden color, fluffy white head with good retention and solid lacing. Nice aroma of fresh meadow flowers and cut wet grass. Taste is bitter earthy and fruity citrus. Very tasty.
