A hop-forward lager, brewed in collaboration with our friends from Human Robot Beer in Philadelphia, PA. It features a decoction mashing of German Pilsner & German heirloom barley malts, and was hopped with a blend Tango & whole cone Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Expect fresh notes of citrus, pear, biscuit, and noble hop flowers.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 8.5
Can from Tavour. Pours gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is lightly bready with grass/spice notes. Med body or nearly. Crisp/clean. Bready malt is well dominated by Noble grass/spice. It is delicious.
