Inspired by the hidden inland beach of Gulpiyuri in Asturias, this West Coast IPA is a tribute to the bold hop character of the ’90s.

Fermented with our crisp, clean California Ale yeast from White Labs, it lets the Cascade and Amarillo from Crosby Hops shine—radiating citrus, grapefruit peel, floral tones, dank herbs, resin, and a subtle hint of fruit.

Brewed with extra pale malt plus a touch of malted wheat and dextrin malt for added body and lasting foam, it delivers bold bitterness and a refreshingly dry, snappy finish.

opalescent pale golden colour, moderate sized ivory-like head; aroma of pine resiny, grapefruity, guava, dried papaya, orange peel oils and some apple peel notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with quite intensive hoppy bitterness; good one

From keg at Oluthuone Haka, Helsinki.
POured hazy and yellow in color.
Light passionfruity, melony flavors. Touch of fruityiness and malts. Light body. No bitterness to talk about.

On tap at Haka, pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has some bright melon, pithy stone fruits, and some pine. Flavour is quite fruity, with plenty of pithy stone fruits, melon, bitter pine, and dry bready malt. Fruity, mildly bitter. Pleasant.
