Sampled at Billies day 1. Opaque black color, small off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, malts, ashy, burnt malts, peat, band aid, iodine. Heavy. Not bad though, just not exactly my thing. 8-6-6-8-7

7/XI/25 - on tap @ Billies Craft Beer Festival Day 1 - Session 1 (Antwerp), BB: n/a (2025-1134) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy dense beige head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: all peated whisky, more peat, nothing but peat, chemical impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very roasted, dry, very peated, bitter, chalky, very roasted. Aftertaste: more peat, bitter, very roasted finish.
