Northern IPA
Take some new hops, a new yeast, a new beer style and mix it all together to create a brand new Common People beer. This really is the new kid on the block! So, with that theme let’s jump back in time with some 80’s music nostalgia to welcome ‘The Right Stuff’ Northern IPA.
Think a cross between an XPA and a Double IPA, then throw in a hint of NEIPA. This beer uses an ale yeast fermented low and slow, producing a crisp and clean fermentation profile with a slight, but obvious haze.
Bursting at the seams with flavours of peaches and apricots delivered by one of the newest hops on the market 'Dolcita', and with a hint of yeast fruitiness from the one time only release ‘Aurora’ yeast. Talk about moreish!
Being a limited release, it will be gone quicker than you can sing “you got the right stuff, baby!”

Northern IPA hey. Can. Pretty cloudy amber with a 3/2 cm white head that's soon a coat. Herbal and fruity aroma with apricots, soft pine, rosemary, crackers. Fruity (apricots, some citrus, coconut & pineapple) and faintly hippy medicinal with modest bitterness and some astringency. I'm guessing Aurora is Kveik of some sort. Interesting.
