Holy sh*t [sic]! Huge aromas of Xmas cake, dried fruits, figs, toffee, prunes, spices and subtle caramelised banana. Dark, rich, complex and dangerous.

Can. Clear deep red brown with a 1/2 cm pale beige head that's soon less than a coat. Aroma of brown sugar dough, lots of dried fruits, spices. Has that "big but swiggable" feel that (say) St B 12 has. Toffee, dried fruit, ginger scented dough, lightening bitterness. Another fine quad from Artisan.
