Muscle cars, beautiful sunsets, stunning skylines and mountain vistas are all things we love about driving through Oregon. We also love the hops, of course, and in this Pale Ale we used a combination of Simcoe, Amarillo and Talus to create something to savour whilst pondering your next road trip.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham, 21/03/2026.
Hazed golden to amber topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is mellow citric zest, lemon rind, grass, airy malts, mandarin.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pine nip, papaya.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness.
Tidy enough pale.

440ml can. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of piney resin, orange peel. Taste is very resinous, piney, orange and grapefruit, a little marmalade and caramel, light-moderate bitter finish.
A solid APA, just thought the hops were less punchy than their usual.
