Hop harvest is the highlight of our year. Our brewers teamed up with friends for a trip to Hayhoe Hop Farm, where they gathered Cascade and Comet hops straight off the vines. The result is a West Coast-style Pale Ale with a rich amber hue, bursting with flavors of grapefruit and tangerine, and finishing with a crisp, piney citrus bitterness. Brewed in the spirit of friendship and shared moments, this is a pale ale to enjoy with good company. Cheers!

This pale ale poured a hazy, deep orange colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, hay, cooked veggies and tea. First swig was not as hoppy as expected. Flavours of tea, citrus, hay and honey. Finish is medium hoppy bitter with tea flavours lingering.
