Bottle. Hazy straw color, medium white head. Aroma has summer fruit, light white wine, minimal funk. Taste has tannins, fruit, raw bread dough. Decent.

750 ml bottle from the brewery back in February 2015. Almost a clear golden color, low carbonation level. Aroma is really nice; apricots, white grapes and a strong Belgian yeast note.
Wow, that is something else! Big flavor with big alcohol presence. The Belgain yeast is strong as expected with the wine barrel having a light note in the finish. The yeast is stronger then the wine. Also a good amount of unfermented sugar in the finish. Just a little distracting. Overall, besides the sugar, I really enjoy the flavors that are here. Very nice display of the yeast.

Bottle shared by Brian, thanks! Pours a hazy earthy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some ripe fruit with a bit of white wine and a bit of bread underlying. Flavor has a decent amount of white wine with some light fruits and a bit of earthy grains.
