Our amazing DDH DIPA base with Motueka - which brings unique flavors and aromas of fresh tropical limes, Mosaic - a unique and complex blend of floral, tropical, fruity, and earthy characteristics, Raku - lending flavors and aromas of apricot, plum, mango, pear, and other stone fruits, & finally Idaho 7 - a late addition hop for a tangerine flavor. All combining for a synergy of tropical, berry, citrus explosion. Named for everyone's favorite Apocalyptic Christian and Court Astrologer to Queen Elizabeth I, John Dee, after years of trying, I'm pretty certain that New Jerusalem Hyper Cube will ONCE AND FOR ALL immanentize the eschaton.

Can, from Whole Foods South Loop, Chicago IL. Pours extremely hazy bright yellow with a large off-white head, citrus-mango aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-mango taste, faint coriander, thin body, long medium bitter to bitter finish. Solid NE DIPA.
