Can @ Pilot Project Wrigleyville, Chicago IL (Sept 2025). Cloudy dark yellow-orange with a foamy off-white head, faint grain aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter piney taste grainy undertones, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Not at typical NEIPA.
