An American classic, with a twist of pine. Ponderosa Pale, American Pale Ale.
Sweet malts blended with Oregon Chinook, Cascade, Citra and Strata and finished with a shot of pine terpene. White grapefruit citrus, dank pineapple sativa and sun warmed old growth resin, all balanced with chewy caramel biscuit malt.
Like Oregon old growth in a can.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
Can. Clear amber w a loosish cm of white head. Aroma of grapefruit, weeds, pine, breadcrust. Some sweetness with a bit of caramel along with the breadcrust but pine and firm bitterness clean it up neatly. Citrus and weeds get increasingly lost as the pine grabs, but the terpene addition is not crude. Nice.
