Draft at the Ho Chi Minh brewery taproom. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is mixed Asian fruits. The flavour is moderate sour, with a light, fresh, crisp, juicy light Pomelo, orange, light biscuit yeast palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
