Draught at the source: pours amber with a beige head. Aroma is toasted malt and some caramel. Taste is toasty, lightly bitter. Solid.

Dark amber color with red hue, small compact head. Light aroma of roasted malt and soil, light manure. The mouthfeel is quite dry, with dark caramel and roasted malt flavor, correct bitterness. Dry final.

A reddish amber vienna with no head. In aroma, sweet malt with light cinnamon, grassy. In mouth, a nice smooth caramel malt with light veggie notes, so-so. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 30, 2012.
