Pressed in late September 2024 and bottled in Mid April 2025. 100% juice, natural yeasts and bottle conditioned to give a gentle sparkle. Wassail! Contains sulphites. 500ml. 6.7%.

500ml bottle for #rgpm. Pale yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, flowery, herby, funk. Taste is sweetish and tart, fleshy perry pear, floral, elderflower, lemon-lime citric, some acidity and light woody tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
