Strata & Nelson Hazy IPA w/ @fom_worldwide
The lager legends at FŌM Worldwide are finally letting IPAs crash their World Acknowledged® Lager Tour extravaganza, and we couldn’t resist being their first dance partner. They claim they’re lager rockstars, but we think they just needed some fast fashion hop trends to keep their timeless classics fresh.
This hazy IPA brings together Strata’s tropical funk of passion fruit and dank berry notes, paired with Nelson Sauvin’s refined white wine grape complexity. The real game-changer is Amplifire™ Fresh Hop Oil from our friends at @claytonhops_nz, intensifying every citrus note.

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy bright yellow with small white head. Subdued tropical hops with very feint tang. The hops taste a bit old, lacking brightness, yet the beer seems to have been released in the past couple months (at least in cans). Average.

Opaque, medium body, medium bitterness, has a slight weedy note. Ok for a hazy.
