Naturally fine cider from the Lincolshire Wolds.

A classic expression of Stoke Red: chewy tannins, rich red apples with a touch of vanilla and cinnamon spice, best enjoyed 20 minutes out of the fridge.

A true vintage cider apple variety, Stoke Red originated in Somerset in the early 20th century. These apples were hand picked from a small orchard in Hagworthingham, Lincolnshire, with its very own guardian dragon: The largest grass snake we’ve ever seen! This is the second iteration of our wearddraca cider from this orchard.

Bottle conditioned. No concentrates or sulphites – just unfiltered, unpasteurised. 100% full juice cider. 750ml. 5.6%.

750ml bottle. Orangey golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of baked apple, fruit, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fruity, with musty funk and some tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
