Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo. Pours a clearish brown with a quickly dissipating finger of beige foam. Vanilla, caramel, plum and raisin aromas on the nose. More toasted caramel, raisin, prune and lingering vanilla and oak on the palate. Some light boozy notes. A bit thin on the palate, but enjoyable.

750ml bottle pours a murky, dark brown with some creamy, off white head. Nose is honey comb and dates, raisins, fruit cake, bready, mild Dr. Pepper. Flavor is sweet, sticky honey, brown sugar, booze, cola, raisins. Full bodied, sticky finish.

Bottle at the main DC December gathering. Poured a dark brown color with a light tan head. Aroma was light, sweet toffee notes. Flavor had a nice caramel, toffee, and dark fruit notes. Tasty toffee.

Bottle at the DC December Gathering #2. Dark brownish black with light tan head. Aromas of booze, caramel, dark chocolate, dark fruit. Tastes of dark fruit, booze, chocolate. Medium-light body with a dry finish.
