A few samples at GABF (same aisle as my beer). Pours with a lightly hazed golden-amber hued body and an excessively large foamy white head (line pressures that the kegs were hooked up to were VERY high). Aromas were vinous, lightly earthy, tobacco, funk, fruit, grape, acid and brett. Flavors are sour, vinous with light grape notes, damp leaves, some oak. Pretty clean as far as sours go. Dry.
Separate notes: Clear golden hue with a white head. Aromas are very vinous, white wine, grapes, lacto, fruit. Flavors are vinous, earthy, lacto, wine, grapes. Lively bubbles, tannic and dry.
