Bottle, been putting this off because I’ve been avoiding ciders lately. Is it a twist off? No blast, hurts my hand. OK, got bottle opener, the other side of a church key. Pop, not twist, audible release of pressure. Mild apple like aroma. Initially I think its too sweet, hurts my lager loven taste buds n stomach cells. However, seems OK after the initial sugary shock. Mild with a little bit of artificial sweetness but then I realize it aint. Yes, sweet er is the word, almost like its been added, but not. Could have been a little dryer. Good overall brew experience. Not bad. Go figger.

Bottle from a 7-11 in South Boston. Crazy, foamy pour. Settles clear & active, just like a cold glass of Heineken... Smells of sweet eating apples & mellow hand soap; Mott’s. A backdrop of alkaline acidity. Foamy mouthfeel. Sugary/powdery texture. Fermented nice & dry. Faintly peachy? Lacking in flavor, but I felt it was well made.

12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Charlottesville, 3/3/16. Clear amber with a bit of a head. Aroma of intense sweet apples, caramel and a tinny note. The taste is dry apples, earth, vinous notes, fresh apple juice. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation.

Bottle sample at Potomac Gourmet Market. Clear yellow. Aromas of apples, sugar. Tastes of apples, sugar, light champagne. Light body with a dry finish. More on the mainstream side of ciders like Woodchuck and Angry Orchard.

Apple aroma, slightly funky with oats underneath. Crystal clear amber, still. Semi-dry apple, farmhouse. Light body, spritzy, tangy. Carbonation is too lively, but otherwise, this is a fine cider.

[2/14/15] Draught at Lagunitas in Petaluma. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of apples. Rather dry flavor with light sweetness, apples, a light sulphury hint and a faint alcoholic hint. Refreshing.

Bottle. Pours with a crystal clear pale hued body with a white head that has minimal albeit decent retention for a cider. Aromas are sweet, floral, very light sulfur, almost honey, mildly carbonic. Flavors are sweet, mildly metallic towards the end, medium acidity, nearly no tannin. Somewhat clean, low ester. Floral. Medium body, off-dry, medium carbonation.
