Citrus and good rusty malt backbone. Comes together very well, among better amber ales. Pours red with decent head and lacing. Light bitter finish with some mash malt. Good balance.

Draft at the brewery. Poured an amber color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light toasted notes. Nutty notes. Nice floral citrus notes. Light grapefruit citrus, touch of malts. Tastes like a solid red.

On tap at the brewery pours a bright red with some spitty white head. Nose has a lot of orange, both juice and blood orange pulp, light malt, some Bosch pear. Flavor is balanced between bread malts, light toffee, peanut skin, orange rind, a little grapefruit, some light soap. Slick finish.
