Draft. Crystal clear bright golden color, pillowy white head. Aroma of citrus, spice, herbs. Taste is herbal straw and bitter pepper. Interesting.

Draft BCTC at Ommegang Brewery, 8 August 2015. Hazy golden orange color with no head. Aroma is Belgian yeast with a slight pepper and sweet grain aroma.
Flavor is very mild, subtle yeast, grain base with noticeable alcohol toward the back of the sip. The flavor is good but the alcohol is not hidden at all.
The ABV says, " Hello, here I am all in your grill!" Ok to try but slightly off putting.
