Light roast and light everything else. Milder than boring chicken wings. Dark brown. Tap at Churchkey.

At the source on cask: pours brown with a small cask head. Aroma is nutty and malty. Taste is pretty much the same. It is uneventful but easy to drink. Let it be.

Pint at the brewery pours a lightly watery brown with just a little tight, white head. Nose has malt, brown sugar, nuts, some light coffee bean, lightly vinous, the hop is definitely there. Flavor follows, lightly nutty, brown sugar, caramel, a little milk chocolate, lightly earthy, some light lemon. Dry finish. Everything works well together.

Cask at the Brewery. Poured a dark ruby-brown color with a small foamy tan head. Aroma was chocolate, light sweet malts. Light toasty malts with some nutty notes. Light milk chocolate. Light body, easy drinking.

Cask at the source. Clear very dark maroon color, big fluffy tan head. Aroma of cocoa powder, toasted brown bread. Taste starts with sweet cocoa, dry finish. Tasty.
