Blueberry and clover honey fermented and aged in oak for over a year. Then slightly infused with spruce tips giving it a wonderful bouquet of spruce and earth. Perfect for a winter warmer.

750ml bottle, split among friends. Poured a very lightly hazed yellow-orange color, mostly still head. Aroma was lots of spruce, woody sap notes. Flavor was similar - light pine, resin, with some notes of light, honey. Alcohol was really well hidden.

750ml bottle pours a hazy gold with no head. Nose has cake and honey, ginger, a little limey. Flavor has booze and brown sugar, cinnamon, cake. Big boozy finish.

From a bottle at the Nov 2015 RateBeer gathering. Pours a hazy pale gold with a scant head. Lysol nose. Flavors of spruce.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color. Beautiful perfume aroma with bright tannins, Christmas trees, fruit, meadow. Taste is piney, sprucey, herbal and very dry. Delicious.
