The beer in this can is the product of hard work and dedication to our craft, born from the belief that great beverages can contribute to quiet moments of joy and contentment. We give a little piece of us so you can enjoy a little peace for you.
We brewed Shifty for that cherished little moment when the work is done and all that lies ahead is a clear head. Maybe you spent the day behind the bar, on a ladder, at a desk, in the truck, or on your feet. You showed up and put your best foot forward; this simple little reward is earned.
It is juicy, fresh, bright, and easy-drinking with notes of citrus and ripe fruit. Enjoy in good health and in good company.

Charlton draught, as pictured, 12/5/25.
Musty, scalliony perhaps. Not getting a ton of aroma and I let it warm up quite extensively.
It's very light. Probably why I'm not getting a lot of aroma. It's not thin. Just dry and a bit crackery. Lighter, more subtle flavors. Peach and honey with a good chewiness to it. Lingering mix of melon and white grape with spicy, peppery bitterness, but no herb. Yep, this would be an excellent shift beer. Light and drinkable but still very flavorful without overpowering.

Pours a hazy, gold-pineapple, with mid-sized cap of frothy, white head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors follow. Soft mouthfeel. Very mild levels of hop bitterness in the finish. This is a good one.
