Hazy IPA w/ Simcoe & Nelson Subzero Hop Kief • 6.2% ABV
Cunning of Hand is an IPA standing at the forefront of brewing evolution: by experimenting with new technology at the leading edge of science, while keeping one foot still in the traditional brewing world, a vital new practice is being forged.
This new recipe makes a soft, pillowy, and juicy IPA rife with notes of tropical hops and gooseberries, courtesy of the Subzero Nelson Sauvin hop kief from the added Freestyle hops. This is a series that just keeps getting! Yay science.

On tap at stillwell freehouse. Pours murky dull yellow with a white head. Nose has musty stonefruit, citrus peels, some dankness. Flavour has juicy stonefruit, citrus juice. The juiciness is nice, but there's little bitterness to offset. None of the usual hazy issues, so not bad.
