Located an hour’s drive from the brewery, the stunning Protesters Falls are so named as a group of locals lobbied in 1979 against a large area of state forest being logged.

The protest is regarded as a watershed moment in Australia's environmental movement and cited as the first time people physically defended a natural resource.

The area is now part of the World Heritage listed Nightcap National Park and will be preserved for future generations to appreciate.

Our IPA pays homage to this landmark movement by packing its own punch, with an intense hop profile of zesty fruits and tropical notes.

This aromatically driven beer is balanced out by a strong bitterness and a subtle malty finish that allows the combination of the new world hops to display their full character.

Can. Amber, an inch of white head. Aroma of biscuit, pine, some grapefruit and tropical fruit. Fairly light bodied. Drier than guessed but still with a biscuity feel. Pine, spices, snappy bitterness. The fruit gets a tad lost. Another pretty solid beer.
