We took our classic Pivovarsky Bal Czech Pale Lager, aged it in a smoked Buckwheat spirit barrel, and conditioned it with Ukranian buckwheat honey. Double decocted and foeder lagered for your drinking pleasure.

Lukr at AE, 10/19/25. Gin/liquor over grains, wheat, grass. Some botanicals, floral notes, light spice, light citrus. Drinks similar to the aroma, but more balanced toward the underlying beer. Pretty good overall, but I prefer the original.
